Spumante Millesimato Friuli DOC Grave
The result of a harvest of selected Chardonnay grapes, which already when on the vine showed particularly good characteristics and a perfect balance. The grapes are pressed using only the free-run must and the fermentation then takes place in a temperature-controlled environment.

At the end of the fermentation, the wine is kept to stand on the lees until spring, when it is made to re-ferment in a pressure tank at 14° C for at least 3 months.
Tasting Notes
Persistent bubbles and fine perlage. The nose has fruity notes (Golden Delicious apple, pear, white peach flesh), flowery notes (wisteria in flower and acacia) and traces of warm bread crust.

To the palate, even though it has a good structure, it always feels soft, velvety, lively, lightly aromatic, with a good, savoury feel.
