Practical Training for Tractor Drivers and Cellar Workers

We offer training courses for those who wish to specialize as a tractor driver or cellar worker. These are tailored and practical courses designed to quickly integrate you into the workforce, with the possibility of immediately requesting a salary as an experienced operator. An experienced cellar worker can request between 1,800 and 2,200 euros net per month; a tractor driver slightly less, but with excellent growth prospects.

The instructors are not theorists or university professors: they are highly specialized professionals, experienced workers who face all the challenges of the vineyard and the cellar every day. You will learn what is truly needed to work with safety, autonomy, and competence.

F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions)
Free experience is never truly free: you pay for it with repetitive tasks, mediocre initial results, stress, wasted time, missed opportunities, and lost money, up to the risk of completely changing your profession.

In a large company, you will see few tasks; in a small one, you will find only the bare minimum in terms of technological equipment and machinery.

To get a comprehensive overview of all the jobs, comparable to that of our one-year course, it can take 5 to 10 years of work.

On the contrary, if you manage to develop practical skills on multiple fronts – such as treating or trimming a vineyard, performing a tangential or flour filtration, using a press or a labeling machine – during an interview, you can present yourself with a long list of tasks you already know how to perform operationally.
These operational skills will have much more weight in the job interview than simply saying you have a diploma/degree and some sporadic experience.
Because newly graduated individuals enter the workforce with great expectations but are completely unprepared for the working world. The current study paths are light years away from the needs of wine companies. Studying is important, of course, but it should serve to prepare concretely for the profession.

For this reason, we believe that, in the first ten years of a young person's career, practical training has much greater value than a degree in oenology: unless you come from a family wine business, it is unlikely you will be able to apply advanced skills, as no company will entrust strategic oenological choices to someone under thirty.

Immediate practice, on the other hand, allows you to acquire operational skills, autonomy, and confidence in daily work: qualities that the market recognizes and values immediately.
We do not issue certificates. The course is designed to be a concrete support to the territory, offering a solution to the growing problems related to the shortage of qualified human resources in the sector.

We are committed not only to training but also to professional placement: at the end of the course, we will find you a job.
And, if for any reason this does not happen, we will fully refund what you have invested in the course.
The course begins with a preliminary interview, followed by the first practical training sessions.

If we find that a particular job is not suitable for you, we will be the first to tell you transparently. Similarly, if we believe that there are no conditions to guarantee you a real professional placement, we would prefer to terminate the course: it would not make sense to continue knowing that, if we do not find you a job, we would have to refund the entire amount.

This choice demonstrates our absolute seriousness and real commitment to ensuring you a concrete working future, not just theoretical training.
Being a completely modular course, costs and duration can vary based on the skills you wish to acquire.
For those who want to learn everything about both the countryside and the winery, the course lasts about a year with a couple of days a week.
In this case, the investment is about €500 per month.
If you wish to learn only certain tasks, or a particular task, the cost will be lower.
To truly experience all the tasks, it is necessary to respect the natural timing of work in the countryside and the winery. Each activity can only be carried out during the time of year when it actually occurs, allowing you to experience the reality of wine in an authentic, practical, and comprehensive way.
For us, it is more of a social project than a business one. We do not want to profit from it, but we must at least cover the expenses.
