Tasting notes
In the glass, it shows a golden color due to cold maceration, during which the must remains in contact with the skins for 48 hours at temperatures below 10°C. On the nose, it envelops you with an intense cloud of oriental aromas: rose petals, hibiscus, ginger, and black tea, accompanied in the background by fresh citrus notes. On the palate, it offers a play of flavors and sensations already perceived on the nose, with a clean and dry finish that invites another sip.
Pairings
It is an excellent aperitif. Its structure and natural softness make it particularly suitable for challenging pairings with slightly bitter notes, such as vegetable flans and risottos with artichokes or truffle, liver-based dishes, strongly flavored and blue cheeses, shellfish, almond or walnut cakes, and cantucci.
