Tasting notes
Visually, it shows a deep ruby red color. On the nose, it reveals very intense, refined, and complex aromas. Initially, elegant herbaceous and vegetal notes prevail: bell pepper, green pepper, Mediterranean aromatic herbs, and balsamic hints. These are followed by fruity notes of berries and black blueberry. The finish offers floral violet notes and hints of jam. On the palate, it has a vigorous yet elegant structure, with light and persistent tannins; it is round and smooth, with a full, fruity finish. There is an excellent balance between freshness, tannins, and softness, along with a long-lasting flavor and aromatic persistence.
