Tasting notes
Visually, it appears a pale straw yellow with slight greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. On the nose, it offers seductive, fragrant aromas of acacia and wisteria flowers, along with sweet fruity notes such as pear, apricot, and peach, leaving extremely refined and elegant impressions. On the palate, it reveals a broad aromatic expression that gradually develops into fresh, lively, vibrant, and savory notes, with an aromatic persistence consistent with the nose, creating a harmonious balance of sensations.
Pairings
Its fresh softness makes it an extremely հաճ pleasing wine: it has become “the aperitif” par excellence worldwide and pairs well with a variety of appetizers and finger foods, but it is also enjoyable throughout the entire meal. It pairs well with starters (fish tartare, eggs and savory pies, San Daniele ham), with first courses (white fish pasta, pasta with vegetable sauces, wild herb soups), and with main courses, especially fish-based dishes (steamed shellfish, raw fish, seafood, creamed cod), as well as with fresh cheeses from local alpine dairies. Ideal with dry desserts.
